How to Book a Shared Ride
💡 Save more when you share your ride with other guests traveling on the same day and course.
Step 1 – Choose your tour and date
Select your Tour Code and preferred departure date, then check the “Shared Ride Request” box on the inquiry form.
Step 2 – Receive confirmation & invoice
You will receive a Booking Confirmation and Invoice by email.
At this stage, the shared ride is not yet confirmed, so please complete payment for the private tour rate first.
Step 3 – Matching with other guests
If you are the first applicant, you can wait until 3 weeks before departure for other guests wishing to share the same date and route. If another party applies later, you will be notified by email.
Step 4 – Final confirmation & refund of difference
Once the second or additional shared guests complete payment, the shared ride is officially confirmed.
The price difference between the private and shared rate will be refunded to your credit card.
Step 5 – If no shared guests appear
If no shared guests join by the 3-week deadline, your booking remains as a private tour at the rate you already paid.
Payment method
All payments are by credit card only (Square system).
Invoices and refund notices will be sent by email.
